All appointments must be changed or canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid assessment fee.
Standing appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be charged the full amount of the appointment reserved.
Weekly shampoo and style clients receive a discount after an appointment 3 weeks in a row (one appointment a week).
If 3 appointments are missed, regular pricing will be charged. 3 appointments (one appointment 3 weeks in a row) must be received again to be considered a weekly client.
When a client is 15 min. late for an appointment, the appointment is now available for walk in clients. And a fee of $5 is assessed to the client with the original reserved appointment.
Graceful Advantage Club discount is available to clients 60 years young and better. They receive discounts on services and retail products.
Clients in Elementary and High School will benefit from or Honors reward program. Every grading period our clients receive Honor Roll status at School, they receive a complimentary Shampoo at our Salon.
